Our platform is easy and simple to use, meets worldwide security requirements, and can be accessed from computers, smartphones and tablets. No download necessary.

Using our Integra Telehealth solution is easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. Contact our office

Please contact our office by email or phone 604.525.2042 to book your appointment. Our team will triage your concerns and guide you through the process. A small fee might apply and can be paid online with PayPal or credit card.

2. Access the portal

You will receive a link to your doctor’s Telehealth portal. Click on your preferred doctor’s virtual waiting room icon and identify yourself. Your doctor will see you at the time of your appointment, provide you with a treatment plan, issue prescriptions (if applicable) and schedule follow-up appointments, virtual or at the clinic.

3. Get your prescription

Your prescription will be forwarded to your pharmacy of choice or sent to your home via Opteva Direct.
